The tile manufacturers of Spain, Portugal and Germany operate as usual. The Italian government decided to extend the industry lockdown till May 3. Some companies may resume production earlier, but this is hardly feasible.
In the event you are about to place an order within a fortnight, the vast majority of collections will be in stock. In 2-4 weeks, we expect a deficit of 20-30% of tiles from our range. Hence, we would recommend choosing similar tiles by the Spanish brands, which, we believe, can ensure smooth tile supplies.
We keep updated the shipping times on our website with due regard for the continuously changing situation on the market, even for the Italian suppliers. As far as we receive the production schedules from our partners in Italy (assumably in 2-3 weeks), we will sort out particular collections (entire brands in the worst-case scenario) the availability of which is hardly predictable, and mark them accordingly on our website. Of course, we will publish a blog on the issue.
Generally, tile supplies are under control and are relatively stable. The extent of the potential deficit of the Made in Italy tiles and possible shutdown of some tile brands remain the matters of concern.
