Here is our previous blog, which was published immediately after the service was launched.
As of today, we expand our catalogue only with those collections that have samples in stock.
This is a game-changing enhancement. All collections in our range will have samples available for purchase. Let's examine what happens after you select a sample and complete your order on the website.
Firstly, our robots automatically receive the list of items, which is then converted into a list of baskets in the optimum order for the operator to pick up the samples.

The second stage is called picking. The operator calls the basket with the necessary item and picks up the number of samples required for a particular order.

The third stage is order assembling. The operator forwards every new sample that arrives in the basket to the respective order.

Once the order is assembled, the operator manually packages it into a box.

Here are the assembled orders awaiting the courier.

Two to three days later, you hold in your hands the coveted box with the samples you ordered. These are the cut samples with a QR code on the back. You may scan it right now from your screen and view the information it contains.

Notably, you don't have to remember long item numbers and names. In this case, you risk making an error and ordering the wrong color. What we offer is that you select everything visually: first, the tiles on the website, then the real sample with a QR code. You scan for your final order what you like, and thus eliminate the mechanical errors.
