Phenomenon by Mutina (Italy) has become quite an event in the world of ceramic art. The collection is designed in collaboration with Tokujin Yoshioka, the maestro from Japan. Phenomenon is dedicated to the basis of the Japanese culture, contemplation. In the mundane fuss, there should be always time to think and meditate. The Universe is mirrored in the life of a beehive, rain, mountains and cliffs. The palette consists of all-natural shades: white (bianco), gray (grigio) and brown (moka). The backgrounds are composed of 60×60 and 40×80 cm tiles. Besides, the complementary pieces, like skirtings and steps are provided as well. The zest of Phenomenon is in three versions of mosaics: honeycomb, rock and rain, available in multiple textures and colors. However, there are plenty of other masterpieces in the Mutina portfolio. Among them are Folded, formwork-imitating Stage and patchwork Azulej.
