All Spanish tile manufacturers suspend production starting from today and till April 14. In the best case scenario, during the next two days, we'll manage to collect the tiles and ship those orders which have been already placed. We are currently processing all the information obtained to send later an Email to every our customer.
The production put on pause in Italy, customer orders are still processed and shipped, under the condition that the tiles are in stock. According to the Italian government, such restrictions were introduced till April 3. However, as of today, no other information is available. We sincerely hope that, starting from Monday, the Italian manufacturers will be resuming their operation in full.
The tile manufacturers of Germany and Portugal work as usual.
All our departments, including express delivery of tile samples and shipping agents, operate normally. The only matter of concern is tile production. Of course, we anticipate the solution to come next week, which would normalize 70% of all our shipments.
