AS OF APRIL 6, despite Some Restrictions due to Quarantine, All Tile Shipments Are Regular 05.04.20 Questions & Answers Subscribe

As of April 6, despite Some Restrictions due to Quarantine, All Tile Shipments Are RegularThe tile manufacturers of Spain received the consent of the government and will keep shipping tiles from their warehouses. Thus, we strictly observe the delivery schedule of all our orders. Moreover, we do not foresee any delays or longer lead times for new orders. Currently, the tiles are shipped from the warehouse stock of tile manufacturers, which is expected to be sufficient for 70-80% of our monthly orders (taking into account that some items are easily replaceable with similar tiles by another brand). However, the production facilities of Italy and Spain are put on halt till April 13. Hopefully, this lockdown will not be extended. As a result of these quarantine measures, no tiles will be manufactured in Italy for one month and in Spain for two weeks. With the product range of Italian and Spanish brands covering about 90% of sales, we anticipate a considerable deficite on the market. We strive to diversify our assortment to the extent possible by adding German and Portuguese manufacturers. The product quality of the latter is comparable to that of the Italian and Spanish brands. Once the manufacturing schedules are received, we are going to mark the collections on our website as those available for shipment (with scheduled production) and those the production of which is not foreseen. Of course, we will keep you updated in a new blog.

Some of our suppliers are extremely likely not to survive the losses caused by the industry collapse and will shut down. We will keep a close eye on the operation of every tile brand. The companies which do not warrant reliable production and supplies will be eliminated from our website. In the event that the manufacturer you opt for is no more available in our tile range, please contact our Customer Support. We will offer similar products which is possible in the vast majority of cases.

As always, we remain fully at your disposal, through all communication channels: chat, Email, phone.

Once there is any critical news to share (however, we sincerely hope that the situation will get back on track), we will publish an immediate update.
